If you check in the er with pelvic pain, what will they do?

Diagnose: The er doctor will first try to determine if this is a true emergency such as ectopic pregnancy, ovarian torsion, pid, etc. Etc. Pelvic exam and imaging studies may be needed. If there is no emergency you will then be referred to your regular doctor for follow-up care.

A few things: Check urine, blood labs, stool sample, probably order a ct abdomen/pelvis.
