I have lump behind my nipple, i'm gettin pain, can this be cancer?

Possibly...: A lump behind the nipple that is associated with pain is something to be investigated and not ignored. Not every breast lump is cancer, so don't jump the gun, but you should also not ignore this. The best place to start is with a good physical examination and history from a skilled primary care provider like a good family doc. The doc may order imaging studies and/or a biopsy if concerned.
