Clean: Mrsa scabs, if non-painful, need to we washed until they naturally come off. If painful it can indicate infection that needs to be investigated.

Scab treatment : See your doctor.... Clean with bactroban (mupirocin).... I also recommend scar cream... Which some doctors use.... I've seen good results with it
