Yes: Yes and no as it does create addictive behavior, if you find that it is hard to cut back, increase amount used, you experience unwanted symptoms after not using for a while this is indicative of dependency and possibly indicating cannabis addiction.

Yes: If you literally cannot get through a day without smoking marijuana, then you seem to be psychologically dependent on it. Marijuana has become a part of you. This is really bad, and you should definitely seek help. Addiction to marijuana can lead to use of harder, more deadly medications.

Yes: Yes it is entirely possible to become psychologically addicted to marijuana. Although physical dependence in some form could also be present. Especially if smoked everyday. This could also lead to other health issues such as lung disease, cancer, memory and behavioural issues as well.

Yes: This is especially true if you crave it or miss it. A psychological addiction to marijuana is well studied, whereas there is still debate whether or not marijuana can be physically addicting. Regardless of which type of addiction, if the marijuana (or any substance) adversely affects your life, you should seek professional help.
