No,: Prenatal vitamins will not effect the accuracy of a home pregnancy test.

Vitamins ok: It takes several weeks for the pregnancy hormone to be undetectable after a miscarriage, so your positive test is not unusual. However, if there is a chance that you could be pregnant, I suggest continuing the vitamins, at least until everything is sorted out.
