No: Enemas can throw off your body electrolyte concentrations and this can be very dangerous to you and your baby. If you are having trouble with constipation or painful stooling during your pregnancy, talk with OB about options for this. Enemas MAY be one solution, but usually not plain water ones, rather ones that have some electrolytes so your body chemistry does not go awry.
