Possible: Ibs has been associated with anxiety, depression, ocd, and blephorospasm, not really bletharitis can also be caused by anxiety. If really blepharitis, then don't know the connection.

There seems to be: A greater occurrence of blepharitis in people with inflammatory illnesses and one of the more common found is irritable bowel syndrome.
