What happens if i use a reading glass though i have perfect vision? is that harmful?

No problem: A reader will magnify the image and allow smaller details to be seen. Magnification is routine for those dealing with fine details such as jewelers, watchmakers, electronic assembly workers, etc. There is no harm in this and you will have the enjoyment of seeing finer, smaller objects.
