Dilated vessel: The womb is the uterus. It is very vascular which means it has a lot of arteries and veins. An ultrasound or ct scan can identity enlarged blood vessels. The bad news is that they can come from many sources. You need further evaluation by a gynecologist to know if they could be from something that needs addressed or something that you don't have to worry about.
