Solar lentigos: Lighter-skinned folks who get a fair amount of sunlight get spots on the shoulders, and often elsewhere, often by the time they're young adults. Where I live, they're prized as showing that a person's been active as an outdoors person / athlete. You'll do well to wear sunscreen like everybody should. Have somebody keep an eye for any that look suspicious for malignancy. They're healthy & look fine
