No: Canker sores appear in the mouth area (tongue, gums, lip) and are small, shallow ulcers that make talking and eating uncomfortable they are gray in color and have a distinct edge. The sores will usually heal within 10 to 14 days, without treatment. You may have genital herpes. See a dermotalogist or your family doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
