A member asked:

What role does mothers hormones, etc play on development of baby health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not aware of any: The infant teeth are more a marker of general growth than influence of sex hormones. Differing from things like baby acne or breast enlargement, teeth seem destined to follow their own path. Some have teeth at birth & some not until 15 mo or later. They seem to be done coming in by 3y.
