Pelvic organ: The uterus is contained within the pelvis up to 12 weeks gestation and is considered a pelvic organ until after twelve weeks.. The top of the uterus would be just barely palpable over the pubic bone at twelve weeks gestation.

Not enough info: At 11 weeks gestation i care far less about your uterine size than the size of the fetus . If you can provide that information it would be helpful.
