Hard to do: The hip joint is an inherently stable joint- meaning it is difficult to pop out of place. It usually requires high energy trauma to cause such an injury, and it is extremely painful. Usually, one would be able to walk, and moving the hip would be difficult and painful, and medical attention would be required.
