common side effects: Most commonly reported side effects are headache (24%), nausea (18%), ejaculation disorder (9-14%), somnolence (13%), insomnia (12%). Other side effects reported are diarrhea, fatigue, flatulence, blurred vision, aches etc.

Lexapro (escitalopram): Side effects such as nausea & headaches & upset stomach, also possible insomnia if taken late, caution not to use at same time with other ssris or st. Johns' wart or same or if have mood swings.
