Possible: Depends on many factors. If just after procedure some of the local could be the cause or nail was pressing against a nerve or doc hit the nerve while injecting or removal. See doc that did procedure.

Yes : Different reason, the anesthesia that is injected for the surgical treatment last 5-7hours to wear out. Another reason is that the swelling related to the ingrown nail can press cutaneous nerve causing tingling sensation.
