Not At Regular Doses: There is no known interaction between the normal, therapeutic use of Ritalin (methylphenidate) (mehtylphenidate) and the menstrual cycle. In theory, if Ritalin (methylphenidate) were being used at very high, abusable doses, there could be an effect of anorexia, which could cause abnormalities of the menstrual cycle.
