Time to be seen: Whereas your symptoms and readings could represent a panic attack or anxiety (typically raises your systolic pressure and pulse and make you hyperventilate), it is impossible for us to know without an exam and, possibly, an ecg. See a doc in person.: If you are having shortness of breath and lightheadedness, you need to see a doctor - preferably as soon as possible. Could be nothing major, but could be a few bad things. Call your doc if you have one or go to an emergency department if you feel you need to.
