Tongue tingle: If you are having head pressure, headache and tingling tongue, you may be having a neurological problem. Best to call your doctor for an appointment concerning this. Meanwhile switch your toothpaste incase it is an allergy.

YES: Normal tongue doesn't tingle. Make sure that the food you are eating is not causing it. Also, make sure your are brushing teeth and tongue to maintain good hygiene. Mouth wash with a little bit of baking soda will help.
