Nothing important: I do not think it implies anything bad or serious. There is no disease we can relate this to. I doubt it will cause you any problems.

Colonoscopy is...: ...When a long tube with a camera on the end is inserted into your rectum, then pushed through your entire large intestine so that it can be looked at, examined, and even biopsied if there are signs of disease. It's done for a variety of reasons, but as people age, it becomes an essential screening tool to detect cancers of the colon while they are treatable.

I have a colonscopy tomorrow at 2. I ate one small cup of red jello today. Is this okay? What happens since I ate this..will I have to reschedule?

Should be OK: Just continue the rest of the prep. Most likely it will be washed out. The reason most people say no red jello is because it can be mistaken for blood. But if it's washed out with the rest of the prep it will be OK.
