Well, most often: There isn't any bleeding with implantation. When it occurs, the amount of blood is miniscule. So, if there was much blood it may be break through bleeding related to hormonal imbalances.

Pregnancy: Not: Remember, bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy, it is a sign of not being pregnant. Implantation is usually fully asymptomatic. If there are symptoms it is a spot or two of blood. It is not bleeding.
Can implantation bleeding and cramping smell and feel like a normal menstrual cycle?
