Please call your OB: U need an ultrasound because at 8 weeks should be able to see the baby and a normal rate fetal htbeat , u could have what is called a retro-placental hematoma which is a blood clot behind the placenta which usually resolves but if needs to be followed something else and no intercourse until the hematoma is gone and until the bleeding stops please call your OB u need the ultrasound.
