See your Dr: A few different things could cause this like intraductal papillomas or mastitis, even normal changes in ones cycle can cause pain and breast congestion. Sounds like you should see your doctor for an exam. If they think something might be going on, they may order a breast ultrasound. You are young so a benign process (not cancer)is more likely. Still it should be checked out.
