Which vaccines should i get before ttc?

Trying to conceive?: Vaccines are important & I applaud your interest in protecting baby in this special way. Verify your immune status to chicken pox by history & rubella with a simple blood test & if it shows a low titer, you should get the vaccine. Potential moms should also get the whooping cough shot (Tdap) to make sure baby is protected during the months before we can give baby that vaccine.

TTC?: Is TTC - "trying to conceive"? Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid and acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine & influenza vaccines are important. Concur with checking titers for chicken pox & rubella.
