Menses irregular: Spotting of this nature is not uncommon and can be due to multiple causes. Would not worry unless it recurs regularly and the amounts of blood are large. This should be fine. Good luck, .

It's fine : Isolated spotting for one day is common and not worrisome, if this continues then u should see your obgyn.
