A member asked:

I have been getting heart palps while running. usually they happen when i run under an 8 minute mile. i had holter, was normal. should i be worried?

Good for you: If your holter is fine, and the palpitations do not cause bad chest pain or shortness of breath or you have more than 5 in a minute, stop worrying. If you use caffeine, try cutting down. Trusting you're cocaine-free ; no sign of real v-tach was on the monitor. I'm just glad you're running; keep it up.
