Well, the first: Thing to consdier is pregnancy, get this ruled out by a pregnancy test but if sexually active you may wanna see your gyn to rule out an infection if sexually active. Good luck.

Pain and nausea: Several possibilities for the cause of these symptoms. Have you been sexually active? You may have acquired and infection. If you miss a period start doing home pregnancy tests. If this continues see your doctor for an examination.
