Low abdominal: Pain is not unusual when you are pregnant; it could be your bladder, musculoskeletal, or even a pregnancy problem. Abdominal pain, even when not pregnant, is difficult. No one wants to scare you or have you ignore a prolem so best to consult with your doctor. Good luck.

Not necessarily: With the abdominal cavity and pelvis filled with an enlarging uterus containing two growing babies with many bony protrusions this is not at all surprising. On the other hand it would not be at all inappropriate to see your obstetrician and make absolutely sure nothing else was going on. Good luck and have two great babies.
