Do a quick HPT: The easiest way to tell is to do a home pregnancy test. If negative, check again in 5-7 days. If still negative then, it is likely negative--as these hpt are quite good. If positive, congrats. If symptoms continue and not pregnant, i would advise visit to your doc for eval for other causes such as infection/cervicitis//vaginitis etc..Good luck.

Not at that time: A woman who had lots of cervical mucus 5 days before her period is presumed not pregnant, because she had her usual regular period 5 days after that mucus. (having a normal period means not pregnant.) four days after her period ends might be close to ovulation time, so she could get pregnant soon if her upcoming egg gets to meet some sperm.
