I've been really lightheaded all day and one of my eyes is red. I am near my period and I've had PMS. Is this normal?

Is this is normal.Fasting blood sugar 105mg/dl.post 116mgmissed period 5 days.planned pregnancy but -ve pregnancy test.redness in eye early morning .
