Hysteroscopy or lap: As you did not give the detailed history.If you had h/o pelvic infection or tubal ligation history tubal cannulation only will be considered if only h/o infection , otherwise you can be a candidate for laparoscopic or microscopic tubal reversal surgery which can be successful in experts' gyn. Doctor esp. If by laparoscopic approach. Good luck.
