Ventilation: That depends on how well-ventilated the room is. Here's general guidelines. If you can't smell the paint, you are completely safe. If you can smell the paint there's a higher concentration is of chemicals and i would recommend limited contact. If your eyes water, nose or lungs are burning, or you can taste the chemicals, don't go into that part of the house.
