Unrelated: The typical symptoms of pcos are irregular infrequent periods, struggling with weight gain and abnormal hair growth. Sexual drive and vaginal discharge are separate problems. If you are overweight the sex drive is likely related to that. Weight loss will help. Discharge can indicate an infection and should be tested.
