Test first: Before removing a mole or nevis you should have it biopsied to make sure it is not a cancer. After it is negative, the best is to get laser or ipl to remove it.

You don't: I do not believe that is the purpose of compound w. You want to make sure you know what you are treating first.....Moles by themsleves dont need to be removed...

You don’t : Compound W isn’t used to treat moles. The mole may need to be biopsied to make sure it isn’t a skin cancer
