Anticonvulsant : Neurontin ( gabapentin) is in the class of anticonvulsants. I am not aware that it will cause a + drug screen. It does bind to the GABA receptor which is the same receptor a lot of sedatives affect. If you are getting +tests for something have the lab ck the calibration of their equipment.
