The bug bite on my ear is swelling, what can i use?

Ear bug bite: Hello, it would depend how the bug bite looks. Is it inflamed and sore? If so, consider ice and an antibiotic ointment. Also tylenol (acetaminophen) may be helpful. If it is red, and itchy, consider an antihistamine and cortisone cream. See your doctor for a recommendation.
