Why am i having green stool after gallbladder removal?

It's bile: Before gallbladder removal, it stored bile and emptied when u are food. So the bile was mixed in with food. Now the bile is running through ur GI tract even without food hence change in color. It may get better over a yr or so. It is not harmful to u, however.
