No fad: Or crash diets are good. To change your body takes a lot of work. You must change to a healthy balanced diet. You need to cut calories (in a safe way) and you must exercise. With out all of these steps you can not maintain a healthy weight. Consult with your dr to arrange a visit with a nutritionist as well.
