May be different: Three symptoms in 3 parts of the body may be different problems (but sometimes are related). A primary care doctor can sit down and hear the whole story to see what is going on. A symptom-diary, where each symptom is written on a calendar, is often helpful. A primary care doctor, instead of an ob-gyn, may be of more help here, because 2 of the symptoms involve places outside of the female organs.
