Assumptions: I find it interesting you assume you spotted because of antibiotics. You may have taken them around the same time but it is unlikely any relation between the two. BC can often result in lighter cycles. Between your illness and the normal variations some women have it is hard to speculate whether you would have a regular cycle soon or not.
