A few ideas: Sometimes when women have this is a vestige, leftover, bleeding from the period. Other times it can be due to bleeding from the cervix. So long as your pap is up to date and normal, then likely coming from uterus. Not much to worry about at this time, as you're not likely pregnant again so soon especially given you had an 11 day period. You can always check a test as wouldn't hurt.
