Dengue fever: Only by prevention. Avoid mosquito bite because it is only transmitted by mosquito. Stay away from breeding places. Don't let water accumulates around your house. Use mosquito repellent spray on body or in the surrounding where you are sitting. Use mosquito net around bed for sleep. If bite ; fever, see your doctor before you get really sick. Thanks.

When in endemic areas avoid being out at dusk or dawn. Ensure that building has good screens on window & use bed netting. Remove sources of standing water near the house.
