Dyspepsia: If you have discomfort after meals, this could be a number of reasons. Avoid eating large meal, hard to digest, fatty food. During meal, avoid gulping air during swallowing. However, you might have gallbladder dysfunction or gastroparesis ("slow stomach"). Suggest smaller meals, more frequent, low fat diet, and no artificial sugar. If continued to be symptomatic, need further evaluation.
