Syncope : Or fainting is caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure due to rapid change in position (orthostatic hypotension) , fright, drugs or low blood sugar among other things. Seizures are misguided, misfiring nerve impulses in the brain. There are many causes including illness (epilepsy), drug side effects, etc. Obviously they are treated much differently. Talk to your pcp asap for help.
