Meds versus stress?: Many causes for a missed period. Often nothing to worry about unless it's been gone for more than 3 months. Citalopram can also cause this in 1-3% of people. If you con't to miss your period followup with your doc and discuss stopping this. Reduce stress if that's also an issue.
