So what can be done to resolve the issue of diarrhea around my period? i've added fiber and its not working.

NSAID: The diarrhea around period is from increased prostaglandins. Two ideas: 1) consider taking Ibuprofen (best anti-prostaglandin) 600mg every 6 hrs around time of period. 2) consider birth control pills as they can also decrease period-induced ^ prostaglandins. Can also consider using menstrual suppression with birth control, skipping periods for 3mo at a time. Talk to dr. About options!
