How to treat a rash?

Find the cause: It's best if you can find out what caused the rash to be able to treat it effectively. Over the counter Hydrocortisone cream can help, benadryl/antihistamines can help, allergra/claritin may help. If these don't work, go see your doctor for an evaluation and a stronger, prescription strength Hydrocortisone cream.

It depends: Rash is merely the skin's response to something irritating it. It can range from subtle to life-threatening. As such, there is no one simple treatment option. If you have a rash that is bothersome to you, i would suggest seeing your doctor for more specific advice.
