See a doctor...: If your symptoms are simply related to later pregnancy, and you have been reassured by your physician that all is okay, the advise i'd give you is small, frequent meals, assure hydration, and take frequent, brief, relaxing walks. But if these symptoms are new, they could be a sign of a pregnancy complication like pre-eclampsia, and you should make an appointment asap just to be sure.

PLEASE CALL YOUR OB : U need to be evaluated with sxs of nausea and dizzyness to make sure your BP is not , elevated, if sxs persist you may need to be induced early, can do elective induction at 39 weeks esp with a ripe cervix , u could go into labor before then.
