Need more info...: All else being equal, women with triple negative breast cancer have a worse prognosis than those who are receptor-positive; however, prognosis is highly correlated with the size of the cancer and the presence of cancer within the axillary lymph nodes. Furthermore, some women are more responsive to chemo than others, which will affect prognosis.
