See a doctor: I recommend seeing a doctor, I have read your previous note and since this second symptom has happened i would get checked. Symptoms of tummy pains and cramping followed by what looks like a light period which can be red or brown are sometimes signs of a possible miscarriage, i would go to your doctor and have them help you and diagnose the issue. I hope everything goes well.
